Our Philosophy
TRT is an organization that believes Black women can create a sustainable future for themselves and the young Black women that come after them through a shared commitment to Black sisterhood. At TRT we strive to educate Black women and girls on financial mobility and solvency, empower one another to embark on educational and entrepreneurial endeavors, and connect with one another in a transparent and supportive community.

At TRT, one of the ways we support the educational and entrepreneurial endeavors of Black women in the United States is hosting seasonal crowdfunding campaigns for this population ONLY. Interested in getting involved?
There are several options available to support Black women in a way that makes sense to you. You can make a one-time donation to a crowdfunding campaign, make a large donation to the organization or sign up for annual TRT membership that includes exclusive perks.
